We’re all still in lockdown and we’re all fedup ! Thankfully Spring is approaching and we can look forward to brighter and better days ahead. Despite being restricted in our everyday movements we can still make time for ourselves for our own self-care. To help with this, for the month of February all my classes are 30 mins in duration which should make it easier for you to carve out some yoga time in your day. If you’ve been practicing yoga once a week maybe you can practice twice a week or even more. Cant make the ‘live zoom’ classes, no problem, recordings are sent after each class.
