February Yoga Challenge

We’re all still in lock-down and we’re all fed up! Thankfully Spring is approaching and we can look forward to brighter and better days ahead. Despite being restricted in our everyday movements we can still make time for ourselves for our own self-care. To help with this, for the month of February all my classes are 30 mins in duration which should make it easier for you to carve out some yoga time in your day. If you’ve been practicing yoga once a week maybe you can practice twice a week or even more. Can’t make the ‘live Zoom’ classes, no problem, recordings are sent after each class. Chair Yoga

I’m excited to announce my newest online class, Chair yoga. It is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting.
 
No experience necessary, suitable for all; in particular anyone who doesn’t want to or is unable to get up and down from the floor or anyone who needs a break from sitting at a desk.
